داده‌هایی که پردازش می‌کنیم
اطلاعات حساب و سازمان، راه‌های تماس، تنظیمات اتصال و مجوزها، شناسهٔ کانکتور و کلاینت، نشانی IP و سوابق امنیتی و حسابرسی برای ادارهٔ سرویس پردازش می‌شوند. هنگام استفاده از ابزارها، دادهٔ موردنیاز عملیات می‌تواند شامل ساختار و نتیجهٔ پرس‌وجوی پایگاه داده، مدل و تصویر گزارش Power BI، آمار سئو، اطلاعات دامنه و DNS و رویدادهای امنیتی باشد. استفاده از دستیار داخلی و اتوماسیون می‌تواند موجب ذخیرهٔ گفتگو، ورودی، خروجی و سابقهٔ اجرا در حساب سازمان شود. فرم درخواست مجوز اطلاعات واردشده و IP را ذخیره می‌کند و درخواست را برای پیگیری به تیم فروش می‌فرستد.
هدف پردازش و تبادل با هوش مصنوعی
داده برای احراز هویت، اجرای درخواست‌های مجاز، گزارش‌گیری، پشتیبانی، حسابرسی، امنیت و صورتحساب مصرف به کار می‌رود. نرم‌افزار محلی در محل شما باقی می‌ماند، اما هنگام فراخوانی ابزار، ورودی و نتیجهٔ لازم از کانکتور به درگاه و سپس به کلاینت انتخاب‌شده مانند ChatGPT منتقل می‌شود. خدماتی که خودتان متصل می‌کنید و ارائه‌دهندگان مدل، میزبانی و پشتیبانی ممکن است دادهٔ لازم را در مسیر ارائهٔ همان خدمت پردازش کنند. شرایط پردازش کلاینت و مدل انتخابی شما نیز اعمال می‌شود. از ارسال دادهٔ غیرضروری، رمزها یا اطلاعات شخصی حساس در گفتگو خودداری کنید.
محدودهٔ دسترسی
داده و مجوزها به سازمان مربوط محدود می‌شوند. مدیر سازمان مسئول مجوزدهی به کاربران، کانکتورها و ابزارهاست. ابزارهای تغییر‌دهنده در اتصال کامل، فقط با مجوز لازم قابل استفاده هستند؛ اتصال اولیهٔ فهرست عمومی ChatGPT برای خواندن و گزارش‌گیری طراحی شده است. نتیجهٔ ابزارها ممکن است اطلاعات تجاری محرمانه داشته باشد.
امنیت و استفاده‌های ممنوع
رمز حساب به صورت هش نگهداری می‌شود و اسرار اتصال باید با امکانات امنیتی درگاه و Agent محافظت شوند. دادهٔ مشتری را برای تبلیغات یا فروش داده استفاده نمی‌کنیم و آن را برای آموزش مدل‌های خود به کار نمی‌بریم. انتقال لازم برای درخواست خود شما، ارائهٔ خدمت یا رعایت الزام قانونی، با فروش داده متفاوت است. هیچ سامانه‌ای امنیت مطلق ندارد؛ مجوزها را محدود و اسرار افشاشده را لغو کنید.
نگهداری و حذف
دادهٔ حساب، تنظیمات، گفتگوها و سوابق اجرا تا زمانی که حساب برقرار است یا برای ارائه و پیگیری خدمت لازم است نگهداری می‌شوند. این سرویس برای همهٔ انواع سوابق یک انقضای خودکار ثابت اعلام نمی‌کند. برای دسترسی، اصلاح یا حذف داده و پایان حساب، از ایمیل پشتیبانی درخواست بدهید؛ پس از تأیید اختیار درخواست‌کننده، دادهٔ قابل حذف بررسی و حذف می‌شود. ممکن است سوابق مالی لازم، اطلاعات موردنیاز بررسی امنیتی یا موارد مشمول الزام قانونی و نسخه‌های پشتیبان تا پایان نیاز مربوط باقی بمانند. قطع اتصال ChatGPT به‌تنهایی به معنی حذف حساب YasnaMCP یا همهٔ سوابق ذخیره‌شده نیست.
اتصال Google
Google Search Console با رضایت صاحب حساب و دسترسی webmasters.readonly خوانده می‌شود. استفاده از اطلاعات دریافتی از APIهای Google تابع Google API Services User Data Policy و الزامات Limited Use است. برای لغو این دسترسی، اتصال را در درگاه حذف کنید یا مجوز برنامه را در حساب Google لغو کنید.
سن و تماس

YasnaMCP Privacy Policy

Data and purposes
We process account and organization details, contact information, integration settings, permissions, connector and client identifiers, IP addresses and audit/security records to operate the service. Tool requests may process database schemas and query results, Power BI models and report images, search analytics, DNS/domain information and security events. The internal assistant and automations may store conversations, inputs, outputs and execution history in the organization’s account. License requests store the submitted fields and IP address and forward the request to the sales team. Processing supports authentication, authorized operations, reporting, support, security, auditing and usage billing.
Sharing and control
Your local software stays on your infrastructure, but requested inputs and results travel through the connector and gateway to your chosen client, including ChatGPT. Connected services and the model, hosting and support providers used to deliver a requested service may process the necessary data. Your chosen client’s and model provider’s terms also apply. Organization administrators control access. Responses may include confidential business information; limit permissions and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data or secrets. The initial public ChatGPT directory connection provides reading and reporting; the full connection may expose separately authorized changes.
Security and secondary use
Account passwords are hashed; connection secrets must be protected using the gateway and Agent security controls. We do not sell customer data, use it for advertising or train our own models on it. Necessary service delivery, your requested transfers and legally required disclosure are separate purposes. No system guarantees absolute security.
Retention and requests
Account data, configuration, conversations and execution records are retained while the account exists or they are needed to deliver and follow up the service. We do not claim a fixed automatic expiration for every record type. Request access, correction, deletion or account closure at info@cerp.ir. After verifying the requester’s authority, deletable records are reviewed and removed. Necessary financial records, security investigations, legal obligations and backup copies may require continued retention until the related need ends. Disconnecting ChatGPT does not itself delete the YasnaMCP account or all stored records.
Google and age
Google Search Console is accessed with the account owner’s consent using webmasters.readonly. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Revoke the connection in YasnaMCP or your Google account. The service is designed for authorized adult business users and is not offered to children under 13.
